I've been riding and racing bikes for years now, but have never devoted time to strength training in a structured manner. Since starting Bekah's BE program I've noticed a significant difference in the way I handle my bike. A lot of the leg work has really helped my stability and strength while descending for long periods of time; I race enduro, so being able to use these muscles for sustained periods of downhill sections has been massively helpful to me. My core strength has also increased dramatically which helps on my climbs as well as descents. My body is a lot tighter and more efficient than when I trained simply on the bike.
