Brave Endeavors offers MTB specific strength training programs for individuals to complete at their convenience. The ideal setting is a gym where free weights such as barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells are available, but modifications can be made if necessary. New programs are delivered every month and helpful videos accompany each workout. Choose between 2 or 3 workouts per week. In addition to a monthly strength program you will also gain access to nutrition tips and tricks, recipes, goal setting, and mindset material. The on-line format allows you to learn, follow along, and build strength and confidence regardless of your location.
