What to expect:

  • Feel stronger on the bike and in your body

  • 2 workouts per week

  • Each workout should take about 1 hr

Kids MTB programs are can offer so much more than just bike skills. 

I’ve learned a lot about kids in my 20 years as an educator. Thought I’d summarize some of my learnings.

In the early days, kids would bring their own journals and coaches would come up with questions on the fly.
