Receive monthly workouts that can be completed at your convenience. You will want access to weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells for this plan.

What to expect:

  • Feel stronger on the bike and in your body

  • 2 workouts per week

  • Each workout should take about 1 hr
