Brave Endeavors believes not in chasing end goals, but in seeking enjoyment from the continual process of improvement. It takes courage to change and is easy to want different outcomes, but hard to implement the correct systems to reach our end goal. Brave Endeavors combines the power of mountain biking and strength training to make our bodies, minds, and lives better.

About Bekah Rottenberg
Brave Endeavors is a passion project designed to help people step out of their comfort zone and become more brave, more fit, and more comfortable in their own skin. Strength training helps us to improve our physical strength which in turn translates into an increase in confidence on the bike and in life. Bekah Rottenberg is the founder and trainer of Brave Endeavors. She raced enduro at the professional level between 2014-2018 before retiring to focus on coaching and strength training. Bekah is a professional mountain bike instructor (PMBI certified) as well as a NASM certified personal trainer.

Brave Endeavors provides MTB specific strength training plans designed to complement your riding schedule. Build strength, stamina, and endurance with hour long workouts 2X/week or 3X/week. Choose between month to month, a one time purchase, or a custom plan!
